The Dispatcher in a Maltese Cross Decal measures 3 1/2" x 4" and is printed on clear vinly to give the impression of a vinyl cut decal.  Printed decals are easier to apply and you do not have to mess with vinyl masks or mask removal.  Printed decals will last longer and will not fall apart when washed.
